We have a secure payment provider in Stripe where all your information is encrypted and only readable by you and Stripe. We accept Visa, VisaDankort, American Express, and Mastercard. We do not charge a card fee.
We will not charge your account before we ship the product.
Note: Deposit or pre-orders are charged immediately at the moment of purchase.
Orders will ship out of Copenhagen within 4 weeks, if not sooner unless otherwise specified on the product page. A tracking number will be automatically sent to the email on file once the order is ready to ship.
We have free shipping to all of Denmark.
Many countries have seed and plant restrictions, and as a result, we cannot send products with seeds outside of the EU, yet.
As a NordicGrow customer, you have 14 days of a full return. Orders must have been purchased through our website in order to qualify for a return.
To return your order, please reach out to email@example.com. We will send over a link to download a return label. Once we receive your return, it will take 1-2 weeks to process payment back to your credit card. You will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your payment has been refunded.
**NordicGrow is not responsible for damaged products; if your item does not arrive in good condition we will not be able to issue you a return. It is recommended that you pack the item exactly the way you received it. We will pay the cost of shipping.
NordicGrow warrants that it will repair, replace or refund, at our sole discretion, any product that is defective in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase.
Contact NordicGrow customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Warranty Return Authorisation. You will then need to return the product to NordicGrow together with satisfactory proof of the date of purchase. Any postage, insurance or shipping costs incurred in sending the product to NordicGrow for service are covered by NordicGrow.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and have notified us in a reasonable time.

Our products are designed to be used in dry rooms only.
Our products are designed for the purpose to grow and/or maintain plants.
Our products are not suitable as a toy and should be handled with care.
Do not attempt to modify or repair the product at home.
Only use the Grow-Cups provided by NordicGrow with the system.
Do not use scalding water with the Grow-Cups.
The Water Box is made for holding cold water only and to be used with the accompanying lid.
Do not use hot water in the Water Box.
Do not use the Water Box for anything else than the intended use.
Avoid lifting the product when filled with water.
If moving is necessary, empty the water first when filled with water, grab the product by the lower corners.
Do not attempt to move or lift the product by the top bar or the light bar.
NordicGrow does not take responsibility for any unsolicited use of the product.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
